Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, unworn
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• The product is in resalable condition

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or made-to-order items
• Personalized products
• Intimates, accessories, jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale / clearance items
• Gift cards

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return/exchange:

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
3. Our team will review and guide you with next steps

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • We recommend using a trackable courier service

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of the issue
• We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

Exchange Process

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• If your requested item is out of stock, you may choose:
• Store credit, or
• Refund (as per eligibility)

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable
• Bank processing times may vary

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank account
• Contact your card provider
• Then reach out to us if needed

Refusal of Returns

Apsara Jaiswal reserves the right to refuse returns if:
• The item shows signs of use or damage
• Tags or packaging are missing
• The return request falls outside the policy window
